Gilbert Bergman is a native son of the Central American Country of Nicaragua, whose vision of a continuing education system for workers in the Environmental Industry lead to the creation of Environmental Training Group, LLC. With an American education, Global employment experience and more than 11 years of teaching and training in Safety and Organizational Business, Environmental Training Group, LLC is the product of this vision.

Mr. Bergman Excels in rapidly-evolving, complex and resource challenged environments. He is fully committed to customer service, dedicated to fair and equitable Human Resources Practices, bias-free workplaces and has extensive experience in customer and vendor relationships. Mr. Bergman is a Sales and Marketing professional with years of experience with IT Technologies in Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Pacific Rim countries. He displays Strong leadership and creative ability in assessing market potential and developing >product support systems.  His proven skills in business development and sales management will contribute to the quality and excellence the Environmental Training Group, LLC will provide to its’ clients and trainees.  Mr. Bergman’s’ possesses strong analytical decision making and problem solving skills and as a Human Resources Executive with management and training expertise of over 350 employees, he is adept at articulating complex issues and solutions to subordinates at all levels.  Excellent written, oral and social skills, along with fluent command of English, Spanish and intermediate proficiency in Italian. Proficient in most office computer programs.   Mr. Bergman is an active participant in the business community with memberships or association with following organizations:

Jaime Augustine Andersen was born in the U.S. Virgin Islands whose goal is to grow Environmental Training Group, LLC into a full time training facility that can provide environmental and occupational training services throughout the Southeastern United States. He is the President and Course Director for Environmental Training Group, LLC. He provides business leadership for Environmental Training Group, LLC and is the Course Administrator/Director and Senior Training Provider for the firm. His duties include managing and maintaining application processes and credentials for all States including the logistics for training program scheduling and equipment. Mr. Andersen works with clients to meet their training schedule needs, coordinates that training and sets pricing for training courses ETG offers throughout its service area.  He directs EPA, OSHA, Hazwoper and Response training to meet regulatory requirements, maintain employee proficiency and client satisfaction. Mr. Andersen is also Health & Safety Officer for Bergman Brothers, Inc. in charge of conducting site inspections, conducting jobsite safety analysis and reports, providing safety awareness recommendations, training and instruction for all employees in accordance with BB, EPA and OSHA guidelines.

Over the last 23 years Jaime has developed and continues to expand on his Management Experience in Environmental settings. As President of Environmental Training Group, LLC, he is the Environmental Course Administrator and Principal Trainer who started his career of as a field technician then moved up through the ranks until achieving in position Operations Management of all Office and Field personnel for (2) Environmental firms. He possesses a Florida Asbestos License (currently inactive by request), as well as, State Accreditation’s as the Course Administrator and Training Provider for ETG, LLC in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.  Mr. Andersen is a currently active OSHA Outreach Trainer of Safety and Health for the Construction Industry. Mr. Andersen has over twenty years of professional experience in Human Resource & Personnel Development, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Contract Bidding, Negotiations and Client Development.

Specialties: Bi-lingual Speaker (Spanish), OSHA Outreach Trainer for Construction Industry (Sponsored by the University of South Florida). Currently enrolled in the MESH program with the Carolina Health & Safety Council. (Projected completion date May 2015)
